Menopause is the cessation of menstruation for 12 months. The term perimenopause refers to the years leading up to the last menstrual period. It is a time of transformation, depth, and reorganization. Changes are occurring on a physical, mental, and emotional level.

This 3 hour workshop will guide you in understanding what is changing in your body during perimenopause, offer support and respect, and suggest ways to help you through this very natural process. 

In this workshop, you can expect to:

Explore real, open conversations about what is going on in this time of life

Learn what is happening hormonally and what to expect during this transition 

Discover tips for supporting your physical, mental, and emotional health

Share perspectives, support each other, and challenge ourselves to think differently about perimenopause and menopause

Create a vision for what you are excited to create moving forward in life
